Not at all! Most of our students start with no martial arts experience. Our beginner-friendly approach means you'll learn at your own pace in a supportive environment. We welcome complete beginners and provide all the guidance you need to get started.

For your first class, wear comfortable workout clothes (t-shirt and shorts or leggings). We'll provide loaner gis (uniforms) for beginners. Just bring a water bottle and a positive attitude! We'll guide you through everything else.

We recommend starting with 2-3 classes per week for beginners. This allows you to learn consistently while giving your body time to adapt. As you progress, you can increase frequency. We offer flexible schedules to accommodate busy family life.
